Fabulous experience with them.

Done a homeswapp with someone who had their carpet fitted 4 months prior to the move so thought I’d keep it as it went well in the living room. As the last tenant had both a cat and a dog and you could see some paw prints by the garden door located in the front room i thought I’d hire a machine from my local supermarket. 48hr hire.

I paid extra for the handheld device (tbh the way the supermarket wasn’t bothered i had a code or paid prior to hiring i could have got away with just taking the handheld device as it was in the same locker as the machine - something you should work on as anyone has access to it).

The website said you must clean the machine when returning however the last person who had the machine clearly didnt but that doesn’t take away from my experience. While the machine was fairly easy to use.. the small stains did not go, so i took photos and sent them to customer service.

The lady emailed me back the next day and said i could keep the device for an extra 24hrs without charge. Went over the spot again and nothing. So she emailed me again and offered to send me some products for free to help with this. She sent me like 4 bottles worth over £25. Unfortunately the delivery company took longer than both me and the lady anticipated as i was meant to use the products with the machine. She asked if i wanted to hold onto the machine till the products arrived but because the bulky machine was taking up too much room I choose to return it to store. She gave me a full refund and apologised. The carpet cleaning products came roughly two days later and the lady emailed me again to say shes sorry i didnt get good results with machine and if i decide to use them again i can have another hire free of charge just need to reply to the email with a reference number.

The lady went above and beyond to try and help me. Even tho the machine was dirty, didnt clean light spots and the upholstery handheld device soaked my mattress i am giving a 5 star for the customer service alone!

I love this machine it is really awesome and the lease expensive the only problem I had this time is the previous owner did not rinse out at all it was really nasty to have to clean after some one they need to be held accountable.

Purchased the vaccum from them and I really like the product. It works so much better than the previous vaccums I had. There was a stain in my daughter's bedroom that hasn't been going no matter what but this vaccum actually took the stain away! Such a wonderful product, it was like magical to see that ugly stain gone.
